Overview
RBW allows customers to arrange for pick up of their orders upon request, instead of the UPS Ground and LTL standard options offered. Customers can arrange for their order to be picked up by a third-party service or retriev on their own.
RBW will notify the customer when the order is ready and communicate the dimensions, weight(s), and the number of packages or pallets.
Pickup Guidelines
- Valid Ship-to address must be provided for tax purposes. Please include Addressee, Address Line 1, Zip Code, and Phone Number
- Pick up available on Fridays, between the hours of 10 AM and 5 PM.
Address and Entry Instructions
- Loading Dock is located on the south end of the building
- Enter the building through main entrance at 575, we will have our team members help you out there.
